Dana was wonderful in helping sell my grandmother's house. Her house was listed for 4 months with a Realtor who was part of our family. During that time, we had only 1 or 2 showings and he never hosted an open house, communication was poor at best. I had heard about Dana through a friend and after interviewing her decided to take a fresh approach and go against the grain and hire her as our agent when the listing expired. Needless to say, this was a big decision for our family to make. Once we signed on with her, she went to work immediately and developed a marketing plan for more exposure for her house. We saw immediate results. Within 3 weeks after taking over, she had the house under deposit and we closed about a month after that. What impressed us the most was her ability to get my grandmothers house sold in a soft market combined with the number of other houses in the same price range with very close proximity. During the time frame where the house was under deposit, she was responsive to our needs and very visible throughout the transaction. I would say that if you are looking to sell your house you would be in good hands with Dana.

As a paralegal at a real estate office, I have worked with many real estate agents and Dana is by far the best agent I've had contact with. Not only is she extremely hard working and dedicated to her job but she is nice and outgoing as well. My emails and phone calls were returned within moments of sending them, which is almost unheard of in this business. Dana is with you every step of the way during the sale and/or purchase, no matter how long it takes. Even when problems arise, she is quick on her feet to solve the issue keeping her clients best interests at heart. She has outstanding relationships with wonderful mortgage broker and inspector that are there to help you through every step of your purchase or sale. Dana is highly professional and movtivated. Dana comunication skills are great.She provided us with feedback from every showing. she sent us market information on a weekely and monthly bassis. She would send us copies of all adds before she sent them into the papers. She came and took pictures of our house and created a website for our house. Dana exceeded all my expectations during the sale of my house. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and walked me through a thorough market analysis prior to listing the house. She provided valuable tips on staging the house and her photos of the house were very well done. She aggressively advertised the house to get maximum exposure and she provided very timely feedback after each showing. Dana did a fabulous job handling a very challenging listing. My home was a unique home that had a different floor plan. Dana was able to market it in a way that attracted many prospective clients. She kept me abreast of the market and helped me price it appropriately. I ended up with some very challenging buyers and equally challenging broker for the buyers. Dana was able to work through all the problems and help me get the sale finalized. She also advised me on a place to buy not being afraid to steer me away from a choice that didn't really suit me.
